Fit Bagel started with a simple problem.
I competed as an Olympic bobsledder. At that level, everything you put in your body is a decision — and the margin between performing and not performing is smaller than most people realize. Food isn't fuel in some abstract sense. It's a direct input to output.
For years, eating like an athlete meant choosing between food that performed and food that tasted good. The few options that did both were hard to find, expensive, or inconsistent.
That didn’t make sense.
So we built the thing that should have existed.
Two of our co-founders come from food manufacturing — formulation, production, scale. So when we said we were going to build a bagel with 26g of protein, 4g net carbs, and fiber most people don’t hit in a full day — we knew how to actually do it. This isn’t a white-label product with a story attached. It’s an operator-built solution to a real problem.
Every bagel we make is designed around performance: protein that supports recovery, fiber that helps control blood sugar, and net carbs that keep you on track. And it has to taste like a real bagel. That was never negotiable.
Built by athletes and operators.
For people who train hard and expect more from what they eat.
